Birthday Party Frequently Asked Questions
What does Adventure Air Sports provide for the guest of honor?
The birthday honoree receives an Adventure Air Sports T-shirt plus a souvenir cup for them and their paid guests. We will provide plates, napkins, silverware and all utensils needed for cake-cutting and serving, should you wish to bring one with you.
Can I bring a cake or cupcakes?
Of Course! We just ask that it is store-bought and not ice cream or an ice cream cake.
Can I decorate for the birthday party?
Decorations are allowed, but please no confetti, glitter, silly string or candles (other than for the cake). Due to extremely high ceilings, please ensure all balloons are tied to a balloon weight.
What do I need to do to book a birthday party?
Book Online Now or call the park and they’ll put together a reservation for you. A 50% non-refundable deposit, will be due at the time of booking. Balance due 48 hours prior to the event. We accept payment by credit card or cash. Then, invite your Guests and we do the rest.
What if some of my guests do not show up? Do I still pay for them?
When booking a special event, we require a final headcount two (2) business days prior to your event. You’ll be charged for this final count or the number of Guests in actual attendance, whichever is higher. Encourage your Guests to RSVP and show up for the fun!
What happens if more guests arrive than the contracted amount?
Seating is guaranteed for the numbers of Guests on the reservation contract. If your guest count increases beyond the capacity of the assigned event area, other options are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
How long will the Birthday Party last?
The length of your birthday party depends on how long you decide to jump. All packages include 40 minutes of table time, add that to the length of jump time as well as 30 minutes allocated to checking in.
How many guests are required to book a kids’ birthday party?
A minimum of 10 guests is required for all event packages.
Do I have to provide food for adults or SIBLINGS that attend my kids’ birthday?
That is totally up to you. Two large pizzas and drink pitchers are included in the basic birthday package. Every multiple of five paid guests, adds another large pizza and drink pitcher. For example, 15 paid jumpers will get you 3 large pizzas and 3 drink pitchers, and so on. For adults and siblings attending, you may choose to add additional pizza to your reservation at an additional charge. All orders must be finalized 48 hours prior to the event.
What do I need to complete my reservation online?
Booking online is fast & convenient! To get started, you just need your preferred event date, guest count and credit card.
The date or time that I need for my child’s birthday isn’t available online. What are my options?
A limited amount of event space is available online. If you do not see the date or time that you are interested in, please contact us at as space may be available.
How do I know that my event is confirmed at Adventure Air Sports Rock Hill?
Once you agree to the terms and conditions and pay your 50% deposit, your event is confirmed with us. You will receive a confirmation email, outlining the details of your event.
How do I make changes to my event after it is confirmed?
To make changes to your event after it is confirmed, please call or email the event manager listed on your email confirmation. You will receive your finalization call 48 hours prior to your event, please inform the representative of any and all changes. They will be happy to help you! All changes must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event for approval.
What needs to be done if I need to cancel my event?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event online. If you need to look into moving your event date or time, please contact your event manager listed on your email confirmation and they will work with you to find alternate dates.
